Tech Park One

Our Tech Park project has made us the torch bearers of the development of concept of integrated e-workspace. Completed in 2006-07, Tech Park One is a unique IT Park replete with hi-tech support services and exclusive amenities. Covering an area of 1,000,000 square feet in Pune’s CBD on Airport Road, Tech Park One is a preferred hub for multinational and Fortune 500 companies.

Expert design and robust infrastructure made Tech Park One receive the award for Office Architecture (India) at the 2010 Asia Pacific Commercial Property Awards.
