Atul Chordia, Chairman and CEO Mr. Chordia is a commerce graduate with over twenty years of experience in the RE industry. A visionary, with an ability to sense an opportunity, a great motivator and an inspiring team leader, he is the cornerstone of the Panchshil Group. Mr. Atul Chordia has successfully supervised the development of built- to- suit campuses and has led the company’s operations across several verticals.
Mr. Chordia is always reinventing, innovating and implementing strategies that makes Panchshil a pioneer and a leader in the businesses in which it operates.

Sagar Chordia, Director Mr. Sagar Chordia is a commerce graduate and is a diploma holder in hotel management. A born entrepreneur with a fantastic business acumen, he is one of the pillars of Panchshil Group. He manages the residential vertical right from planning, executing to marketing. Sagar Chordia has been instrumental in Panchshil Group’s alliances with celebrated designers and architects from across the globe.

Abhay Chordia, Director Mr. Abhay Chordia has over 25 years of experience in the construction and real estate. He oversees the Panchshil Group’s entire range of construction activities. His experience has helped Panchshil gain efficiency and adopt new technologies in the construction segment.

Anand Sanghavi, Director Mr. Anand Sanghavi has over 25 years experience in the construction and real estate sectors. He oversees construction and facility management services for the Group, both of which are essential in delivering best-in-class and fully operational end products. Mr. Anand Sanghavi is a mechanical engineering graduate from Michigan Technological University, USA.

Vivek Rachh, Director, Corporate Solutions Mr. Vivek Rachh heads the Group’s commercial business which is one of the main revenue drivers of the company. He has around 10 years of experience and holds a Masters degree from the University of Pune, followed by an MBA degree from the Derbyshire Business School, University of Derby, UK.

Jayesh Doshi, Group Director, Strategy and Finance Mr. Jayesh Doshi is a chartered accountant and a law graduate from Bombay University with over 25 years of experience in the areas of corporate and structured finance, M&A and investments. He has previously worked in leadership roles and brings in the experience of having worked in diverse industries such as cement, pharma, shipping offshore oil services and real estate.

Jan Willem Adrian de Gues, Director Mr. Jan-Willem de Geus is the Managing Director of Morgan Stanley’s Real Estate Investment Management division. He is the global and Asian portfolio manager of Morgan Stanley’s Special Situations Fund and represents the fund on our board.
