5 Interior Pantone Colours Trending In 2019

We are just a quarter away from celebrating the New Year. With 2018 coming to an end, the trends for 2019 have already started making headlines. This year, the interior palettes witnessed some exciting new shades. While dark colours and deep tones were a thing, pastels took over last year by storm. Will these shades continue to rule? Lilac grey: This soft lilac mixed with grey makes for a warm hue of the original grey shade. Many designers swear by this one. Lilac grey is a gender-neutral shade and perfectly fits for an understated appearance. The shade has a mix of a modern undertone with a mature outlook. That is sure to work just right for your bedroom and home office designs in 2019.

Muted pastels: From designer outfits to nail paints to wall colours, pastels were the prominent choice in 2018 and looks like they are here to stay. The soft hues of blue, peach, pink and cream are certainly a good choice for any open spaces in your home. The light tone of pastels doesn't let the colour overpower your room as well as add a hint of shade to the ambience. The muted hues get brownie points as they easily complement other shades and easily balance with dark tone elements.

Since the tone is inspired from nature, it suggests a luxurious setting for your dining room and kitchen.

Mist: This is a gorgeous alternative to the regular white walls. Some people do not prefer loud colours in their home and mist acts as the perfect solution. Mist suits all types of rooms and occasion-centric living spaces as well as blends beautifully with floral prints and other decorative elements. This light shade also adds the touch of space and clean canvases to your home, making it sophisticated and elegant.
