Policies
Governance Framework
At Panchshil, our governance framework is built on a strong policy foundation that embeds ethical, responsible and sustainable business practices across our operations. Our policies provide a consistent framework for decision making, risk management, regulatory compliance and stakeholder accountability while supporting our long-term ESG commitments.
Developed through a structured review process and approved by the Board, our policies are aligned with applicable regulations and the principles of the Business Responsibility and Sustainability Reporting (BRSR) framework. They are regularly reviewed to ensure they remain relevant to evolving business needs and stakeholder expectations.
Our governance framework is supported by key policies including the Code of Conduct and Ethics, Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Policy, Whistleblower Policy, Human Rights Policy, Environmental Policy, Occupational Health and Safety Policy, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Policy, Stakeholder Engagement Policy, Vendor Policy and Grievance Redressal Policy.
To drive effective implementation, these policies are communicated through employee induction programmes, periodic awareness sessions and ongoing engagement with our employees, contractors, vendors and business partners.
By embedding these principles across our value chain, we continue to strengthen a culture of integrity, transparency, accountability and responsible business conduct.
HR Trainings

C.H.A.R.M.
C.H.A.R.M. (Creating Happiness and Rewarding Moments) is a new HR initiative aimed at strengthening employee engagement. It has been thoughtfully designed to bring employees together, foster collaboration, and cultivate a vibrant, people-centric workplace culture.
Panchshil Pulse
Panchshil Pulse, the official app of Panchshil Realty, is designed exclusively for associates of occupiers across the Panchshil Office Parks ecosystem to enhance their workplace experience. Through “Play, Panache & Pursuit”, the Panchshil Pulse app offers access to sports, events, art, music & cultural experiences, and learning & development initiatives. It further brings together a wide range of exclusive inter-park and intra-park bookable and requestable amenities such as auditoriums, training rooms, boardrooms, meeting rooms and multipurpose halls.
Occupier Feedback
At Panchshil Office Parks, we conduct a comprehensive Tenant Feedback Survey twice every year to understand the evolving needs and expectations of our occupiers. The survey covers key aspects of the workplace experience, including Facilities Management, Environmental Health and Safety, Wellbeing, and Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG), providing valuable insights into service quality and operational performance across our portfolio.
Every response is carefully reviewed by our onsite Facilities Management teams. Wherever opportunities for improvement are identified, the teams engage directly with the respective clients to better understand their feedback, discuss expectations, and develop focused action plans. Progress is monitored to ensure that identified actions are effectively implemented and the desired outcomes are achieved.
A key strength of our approach is the sharing of knowledge across the portfolio. Lessons learned, innovative solutions, and successful initiatives from one office park are evaluated and, where relevant, replicated across other locations. This collaborative approach enables us to continuously strengthen our service delivery, anticipate emerging occupier expectations, and maintain consistent operational excellence across all Panchshil Office Parks.
By combining regular stakeholder engagement with a structured continuous improvement process, we ensure that tenant feedback translates into meaningful actions that enhance the workplace experience for all our occupiers.
The Panchshil Foundation

To achieve this goal, our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) policy adopts a comprehensive approach, with a particular emphasis on community participation and social development. The Foundation primarily supports initiatives in education, healthcare, sports, art and culture, and the environment - areas that create a meaningful and direct impact on people’s lives.
